I found the hotel in a very central location. The room was quiet. I didn't hear any street noise. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well there. I really liked that the hotel is dog-friendly.
The sink was a little small, and I found it difficult to wash without splashing water.

The staff was super cute and gave great local advice! The included breakfast was also a fantastic addition! Beds were comfy, a detail I greatly appreciate after long travel days.
The music from the lobby and bar was loud. I wanted to rest early, but I couldn't sleep due to the music. It lasted until 11:00 p.m., and started again at 07:00 a.m.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is close to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast had a good selection of items. The staff was also very helpful (they provided great recommendations).
The room was small. There was also music from the bar (it was audible in my room). The elevator ride was rough. It shook a lot upon arrival at each floor.

The staff were friendly. and they provided helpful information. breakfast was satisfying with a nice array of choices. the hotel had complementary tea and coffee available at the bottom floor. the location worked well for exploring downtown. the room was cleaned each day, a simple touch. but very thoughtful. I liked that. the beds were comfortable for a nice sleep!
the sink was tiny in the room. it was not adjusted to the size of the armature, easy for water to spill onto the floor.

the hotel is on a street not reachable by bus i had to walk to the bus stop. it was not very convenient since i had an early morning flight
